ASSEMBLA MOVIMENTO SHIMANO modello FC-7800 e FC-M960 FSA modello MEGA-EXO 1 - Nel montare le due calotte separamente, si corre il rischio che le calotte non siano perfettamente allineate. Questo causa:A) difficoltà nel montare la pedivella B) malfunzionamento dei cuscinetti C) rumori durante la pedalata 2 - I problemi sopra descritti vengono eliminati se si utilizza l'attrezzo cod. 849 che non solo permette il montaggio e smontaggio contemporaneo delle calotte ma garantisce una perfetta coassialità delle calotte in quanto le due chiavi mentre girano avanzano sullo stesso asse (avente una tolleranza minima che assicura l'effetto a tampone) guidando così l'avvitamento delle calotte. 3 - Prima di utlizzare l'art. 849 si consiglia un ripasso dei filetti (con nostro attrezzo art. 048 - BSA o art. 051 - IT) per assicurare l'allineamento della scatola movimento. |

This causes:A) difficulty to assembly the crank arms/axle B) not good performance of the bearings C) noise during the pedal stroke 2 - The problems described above can be eliminated by using out tool cod. 849 which permits and guarantees the contemporary assembly of both cups and a perfect cups concentricity, because the two tools during the assembly advance on the same axis (with a minimum tollerance assuring a rubber pad effect) starting the cups screwing down. 3 - Before use of our art. 849 we suggest to pass the threadings (with our tool art. 048 BSA or art. 051 - IT) to assure the BBS alignment. |
